through a wide range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, sleep
difficulties, low motivation, self-esteem, and confidence issues. My therapeutic
practice is integrative, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive
Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person-centred therapy, and trauma-informed care. I
tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the client, providing a safe and
supportive environment where clients can explore their concerns within a
compassionate space for healing and personal growth.
